The host cannot host the guest and do not offer equal respect and keep asking, when the guest already told him I am not sure when I will arrive exactly from 6:00-10:00pm due to the uncertainty of flight. They should offer independent check in and be more flexible and respectful of guest’s schedule, instead of blaming the guest has a tight schedule and not within the town in the afternoon in 3:30pm. They should be willing to provide fully refund, when the guest is threatened to leave the hostel, if one could not arrive from 6:00-6:30pm. The host keep asking the exact arrival time, after telling him that I will inform him as soon as possible after arrival of roma few hours later in the afternoon and sort out the transportation time. They reject to make accommodation, if the guest cannot make it exactly from 6:00pm-6:30pm and cannot provide the exact arrival time immediately in the morning instead of the afternoon or 3:30pm in the afternoon without any previous communication. They reject to provide fully refund though they cannot and are not willing to provide any service.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The host is extremely terrible, discriminating foreigners with threaten and abuse behavior. He should not be qualified to serve on this platform. As an often user of booking in the past five years, and having traveled within more than 10 countries, I strongly suggest you carefully consider the qualification of the host of Locanda del Viaggiatore on your platform. It appears that the host, Locanda del Viaggiatore, closed the hot water while I stayed in the hotel. This, coupled with previous experience when discussing the arrival time and following threats if one could not arrive at his unit around 6:00 pm-6:30 pm, seems like discrimination and bullying behavior. The behavior and treatment are disrespectful and irresponsible for someone who has traveled a lot and highly relies on your platform. I believe I may not be the only one who experienced this.
