Very noisy guests after 10 at night

Very nice location and safe.

Property needs new crockery and cutlery.

Cleanliness and nice furniture and modern house appliances

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is not getting Tax Invoice for that reason only I won’t be able to book or recommend to my colleagues as the Tax Invoice is very important for corporate expenditures. Also paying two amounts separately is a problem. I paid one amount for the duration of my stay and insurance money. I believe they should be combined

Proximity to malls and other public spaces

The Area is a "Good Value for Money" *2min walk to the Mall, 5min walk to the beach *Nice and decent area to take your family on holiday in. *The Host Management & staff were superb and understand, reachable contact numbers. *Clean & Decent living space. **Home away from Home** Is what I can describe the place to be.

1) I think they need to re look at how the buildings gyser design (water was look warm in the morning). Unverified facts: -My guess was, it's interconnected and shared with other units, so if you bath round abt 8/9am might end with look warm water. 2) I might have been at fault, I arrived way too later than their normal working hours. -My Electricity got finished, I contacted them at the wee hrs of the morning, but they speedily solved that. Suggestion -They can include the "Electricity Units Check" in their Check List after each guest & Make it a Cretical Point for their staff to immediately report back to management as soon as it reaches lower that a certain number. -IN GENERAL, IT'S THE BEST UNITS, WITH THE BEST MANAGEMENT, SUITABLY LOCATED & GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. MORE ESPECIALLY ON THAT SIDE OF THE WORLD. -I will definitely come back!!!

The kitchen was very nice

Located right next to the Boardwalk mall, so easy access to lots of shops, and a 4-min drive to the beach and promenade. Mercy met us at the gate to welcome us and we found the apartment clean and well-equipped. Nice having the option to go to the clubhouse restaurant for a coffee or meal and we also made use of the meeting room facilities to take some work calls. There is an elevator up to the 1st floor which is great if you have lots of luggage.

Advertised as having a washing machine, but this is not the case. The kitchen didn't have hot water upon arrival, but Mercy sorted that out for us quickly.
