Modern Arctic Residence

La propiedad es extraordinaria. Comodisima, bellísima. Con todo lo necesario. Buena temperatura, de fácil acceso mediante el bus número 28 que va y viene del centro en 5 minutos. Caminando serán 30 minutos hermosos. Estuvimos cuatro noches, y en todas vimos auroras desde el patio.

Es toda impecable pero si nos ponemos muy finos a veces la ducha se inunda y con determinado viento hay algo (puede ser un cable, una rama) que golpea en una pared o en un techo del piso superior al que uno no tiene acceso como para frenarlo. Pero es si me pongo muy exigente.

Apparemment fonctionnel, très bien équipé, jolie vue sur Tromso! Bus à proximité. Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeants pour le Check in qu’on a pu faire plus tôt! Tout était parfait!

L'emplacement juste merveilleux avec la vue superbe qui nous a permis d'observer des aurores boréales depuis l'appartement! Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et cosy.

Les radiateurs font beaucoup de bruit: ils "claquent" toute la nuit.

We’ve had a very lovely stay here. The apartment is nice and cozy. Also, as a bonus, we saw Aurora right from the window for a few nights. Also, the hosts were very nice and communicative. I really appreciated that they provided washing powder, it was a big bonus, unexpected. The bus station is really close.

- I’d say the kitchen tools need some improvements, some wine glasses would be very nice, and some small cups for the coffee; and maybe some other small tools. Also, the cutting board really needs to be replaced as it had an unpleasant smell (preferably not wood). - the fact that it’s a bit far from city center, but we knew, so no issue with it. - as other said, the shower is quite small. - the steps might be a bit suspicious when icy, but if you are careful, it’s fine.

Vue imprenable sur tromso. Très proche de tromso en voiture 5 à 10 mn. Accés facile. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, on a manqué de rien. Se trouve dans un quartier residentiel. Arrêt de bus a proximité, mais pas testé car nous étions en voiture. Arrivée autonome , porte d’entrée avec ouverture a code, trés securisée. Indication du proprietaire très précise. Deneigement effectué regulierement par le proprietaire pour nous faciliter l’accés.

The accommodation was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen overlooked the bay, which was a lovely touch. The apartment had plenty of room, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Unfortunately, we didn’t anticipate that the parking area would be icy, as well as the road crossing from the parking lot to the house. To reach the apartment, you have to walk down a long wooden staircase on the hillside, and unfortunately that was also covered in ice, which made access quite difficult in winter conditions. Additionally, the shower cabin was very small, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. We were also a bit surprised that we were expected to take out the trash ourselves upon departure — it wasn’t a problem in the end, but it’s not something we’ve encountered at other accommodations before.
