The property had working fans and AC in every room with clean rooms and toilets. Lift was in working condition (since the property is on 4th floor). Spacious living area,bedrooms and bathrooms. Has direct access to road and public transport. Has nearby decent cafe and a biriyani restaurant.

No dustbins available at the property and there were cockroaches in the room. And the balcony area was dumped with waste clothes and dust so could not use the balcony area. Also the glass of bathroom window was missing causing privacy problems. The caretaker is a Hindi speaking individual and doesn’t understand Malayalam or English, so customers who find Hindi difficult will have communication difficulties.

It's very near to the city center and easily accessible

More cleanliness needed. Kitchen had cockroaches. The windows in the bathroom should be closed for much privacy.
