K-style 東本願寺

Great location close to Kyoto station but not busy or loud like other touristy parts of Kyoto. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had everything we needed plus extras readily available on the lobby.

It’s hard to find something negative to say about this place. My only note is that there’s not always staff in the lobby but they do leave a contact phone number if you need anything. Other than that, we found everything to be great!

酒店前台非常傲慢，入住的时候还不到晚上9点钟，我们在门外无论如何呼叫前台都不开门，booking的服务也很不到位，紧急时无法联系客服，和中国携程的客服比差远了。无奈从booking上给酒店方留言让开门，过大致20分钟，前台人员才慢悠悠的从距离入口很近的休息室里出来，很显然，前台服务人员是能够听到我们在门外的敲门声，就是不出来帮我们开门。看到我们，一脸傲慢、非常厌烦的质问我们为何来晚了，为何不用密码进门。前台不会讲英语，也不会中文，用翻译软件一直在大声质问，丝毫没考虑到我们在门外等候多时的疲惫、无奈，夜晚的京都还挺冷，我们一直在门外被冻着，进户后还忍受前台人员的无理指责。此时，前台只对收费感兴趣，要求支付800日元的税费。等我们支付完后，才面露喜色，递给我们钥匙，没有指引，懒洋洋的回屋休息了。酒店就是一套2层公寓，没有几间房，公区很脏，地面污渍斑斑，给我们的是一楼的房间，进去后臭烘烘，门口放2双用过的一次性拖鞋，地上贴一个纸条写着入户必须换拖鞋，然后是大大的感叹号，一次性拖鞋，已经污渍明显，黑乎乎的，多亏我们自带拖鞋。房屋墙壁上有脚印污渍。这是我2次日本行中遇到的最垃圾的酒店，最垃圾的前台，最垃圾的入住环境，还是本次京都行中入住最贵的酒店，比前一晚贵一倍之多，服务却一落千丈！没有前台服务，没有任何其他服务，离店的时候依然找不到前台交回钥匙，看到其他住客把钥匙放在桌子上就走了，我们也照办了。行李寄存没有手续，没有人员接收，我们只好放在没人照看的大厅。和前一天入住的酒店有天壤之别！其他酒店都有交接手续，行李挂牌编号，这个酒店没人管，行李放那里很让人担忧。建议平台清除这个酒店。

前台服务人员傲慢无礼，行李保管不善，入住没有指引，明明听见呼叫也不开门，房间很脏，尤其让用前面无数个租客用过的一次性拖鞋，这行为在全球很合一个酒店都不会发生。额外收取每晚800日元的税费非常高。

Staff were very helpful especially when we needed help with sending luggage to our next hotel. Location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location, close to the railway station and places of interest. Comf beds.

The staff is almost nonexistent. There was a confusion with the rooms, people were trying to get into the room already occupied by us.

插頭很多，足夠用

The room was great with space that you can manage to open 2 luggage. The neighbourhood is quite quiet, and there is a convenience store nearby. Only 5-10 mins away from Kyoto Station. Very recommended.

The staff cannot speak or understand English very well; you may find it a bit confusing, but it's totally okay. Also, our room has a small decoration in the corner between the bed and the bathroom, which is quite unnecessary ....
