Casa Kirribilli Palermo

Gastvrijheid host, prachtig appartement. Schoon, midden in centrum (bijv. kathedraal). In appartement kon je goed tot rust komen na een drukke dag in de stad. Absoluut een aanrader en we komen graag een keer terug.

Nice large and comfortable old style apartment, at good location relatively close to the city center, with convenient free parking. The host is kind and helpful.

El anfitrión (Nuncio) estuvo siempre atento, sobre él no tenemos ninguna queja. Nos ayudó en todo. incluso nos dejó guardar las maletas en el alojamiento el día que nos íbamos ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde.

La limpieza de la casa dejaba mucho que desear, tuvimos que limpiar y desinfectar nosotros el baño y lavar alguna manta/colcha ya que no estaban limpias. El sofá estaba muy sucio. La caldera está averiada y habría que cambiarla, tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. El barrio estaba muy sucio (aunque ésto por supuesto es ajeno al alojamiento)

Абсолютно центральное, живописное расположение. Приветливый и внимательный хозяин, интерьер. Непременно в следующий раз остановлюсь только здесь!

Alles, ganz besonders aber Nunzio, der sich auch nach unserer Abreise noch mit Tipps für die weitere Reise bei uns gemeldet hat. Zudem die zentrale Lage, mit kurzem Weg in die Altstadt und einem Supermarkt vor der Haustür. Kostenlose Möglichkeiten im öffentlichen Raum/an der Strasse zu parken. Das Willkommenspaket bei unserer Anreise, die Möglichkeit schon früh morgens nach Ankunft unserer Fähre einzuchecken und später auszuschenken und das komplett ohne Aufpreis.

Der Aufzug ist etwas eng, es fehlten uns kleine Löffel und ein Moskitoschutz vor den Fenstern wäre noch gut. Aber auch trotz dieser Punkte, würde ich die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, weil alles Positive überwiegt.

We were greeted by the informative, charming and excellent host Nunzio, who took charge of our luggage from the time our taxi pulled up in front of the building. He explained everything to us on showing us around the apartment, sent a number of links to recommended places to visit, cafes to dine in, local points of interest. He then ensured he was there to see us out of the property, once again helping us with our luggage into the boot of our hire car. Importantly he was able to put our next destination into our GPS and ensured that we left Palermo by the best possible route, pointing our directions out to me before he left. The apartment was lovely - large, well appointed, beautiful kitchen opening out onto a balcony, where we sat and had our breakfast watching the world wake up below us. We found our way easily downtown and back again at night. This was our excellent introduction to Sicily.

El anfitrión es maravilloso. Vino a buscarme al coche, me ayudó con las maletas y me enseñó la casa con detalle. La ubicación es cerca del centro pero el barrio es muy barrio. En algunas calles me sentía insegura pero el edificio era tranquilo y la casa maravillosa, enorme, muy cuidada y con todas las facilidades.

Los alrededores tienen muy poca luz pero esto vi que es común en todo Palermo.
