Kirribilli in Palermo was fantastic the manger Nunzio went out of his way to help to make sure our stay was just right his suggestions for restaurants and places to see spectacular thank you for your time and help will definitely go back to Kirribilli

Great facilities. Great and friendly host. Very comfortable and well located, close to the Royal Palace.

The street we had to walk to get to the Royal Palace was rather dirty, with a lot of rubbish. Fortunately it was a short street

Our host Nunzio met us on arrival & kept in contact our whole stay to ensure we were happy with everything & with recommendations of places to eat & visit. The apartment was huge, very comfortable, wonderful lounge to relax in after a long, hot day in the city. Walking distance to the centre, grocery shop around the corner.

Streets on way into town had a lot of rubbish, which reeked in the heat. It's not the fault of the apartment's owner but rather those living & with businesses in Palermo. Disappointing how much rubbish there was strewn everywhere outside of the main city centre, tourist streets.

Perfect starting point for exploring Palermo: its proximity to the city center allows easy stops during the long tour necessary to visit all the most beautiful places in the city. The apartment is very well furnished.

Excellent flat on 3rd floor with elevator, spacious living room, two comfortable bedrooms with double beds each, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and balcony, big bathroom with shower cabin and fine furniture. The area is maybe not very appealing, but it's very close to the historical centre, with a view over the Royal Palace on one side, and a dozen minutes walk to Teatro Massimo on the other. Very nice and helpful host. In general, suite recommended for longer stays; we came there even before check-in time and (upon prior confirmation by the host) moved in easily. Also, there was an opportunity to leave our luggage until new guests come. But, staying just one night, we had no chance to use all facilities, especially the living room - a typical l'embarras de richesse, and enjoy the real home atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The only little disadvantage was a coffee machine, which needed studying before use; we did not remember details of the host's explanation, so maybe it's our fault, but something more foolproof would work nicely.

Wow! What an incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, the host Nunzio warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional service throughout our 6-night stay. He offered excellent restaurant recommendations, and also surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our recent engagement. The location of the property is truly phenomenal, situated just a short walk away from Palermo’s main streets. We discovered an amazing Deli and Panini place nearby, as well as a convenient grocery shop only minutes away on foot. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore nearby without the use of a vehicle. There are so many restaurants/markets/bakery’s etc. nearby it’s insane! Upon entering the apartment, we were impressed by its meticulous upkeep. The two spacious rooms provided incredible comfort, and the massive kitchen gave us the opportunity to prepare meals on some nights. The furniture throughout the apartment was 5-star luxury quality, and the loungeroom was especially inviting and cozy for relaxing after a day of exploration. Furthermore, the peacefulness of the location during nighttime allowed us to experience the authentic ambiance of being a local. Based on our outstanding experience, we have already decided to book this place for our next stay in Palermo. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking the best accommodation option in all of Italy!

Well appointed, clean and spacious apartment. In a local area, a little further from the touristic centre. Quiet by night. Helpful host.
