The attractions are nearby (Dataran Lang, a fast-food restaurant (Pizzahut, KFC, McDonald's), Jetty Kuah, a Duty-Free Zone Shop, and a Laundry). The property is good but needs some improvements. The lamp in the master bedroom did not function well, air-cond in the living area is leaking. We love the pool area but too small.

the socket is not working properly. there is water dripping from the ceiling of the toilet.

I liked the location so much. It is very close to the city center and jetty. The apartment commanded a beautiful roof top swimming pool, which is so cool.

Some of the appliances are not working and electricity points in the kitchen area are not working. The rice cooker was handy but very sensitive to touch and we could not cook properly.

It was Langkawi center, much choice of markets and restaurants.

Most we were sad about that it was written in explanation part that the house was nearby beach, about 1,3 miles but it was 25 min far from the nearest beach. Yes the view is sea view but there is no beach. Additionally house is not clean, sofa was full of stains, matresses not comfortable. And towels not absorbable low quality. Other things ok with house.
