L'emplacement était parfait, la vue sur le mekong est magnifique, la nourriture était très bonne et le personnel très gentil

Le manque d'équipement dans la chambre, juste une petite table, un plafonnier et voilà, mais je pense que le prix justifie aussi cela, ça reste un très bon rapport/qualité prix

Location is a stunner. Right on the river, perfect for a relaxing time on Don Kong/Det. Staff were very lovely and have bicycles to rent for cheap which is the perfect way to get around. It was crazy hot when we stayed and the fan didn’t quite cut the mustard, can’t blame them for that though. I would say the bathrooms are basic and can get a little dirty after a few days. This is absolutely passable for the price you pay however!

The view over the river and the green small island opposite from the terrace with hammocks is beautiful. The adjacent restaurant has good food and is very convenient, as is the possibility for laundry service and bicycle rental. The rooms are basic and do the job: walls, bed, bathroom, fan. We liked it!

The bathrooms are all very inconveniently build as not all water from the shower or sink leaves the room so that the floor is wet at all times. In some the shower isn't working enough to wash one's hair. There is no mosquito nets. Lastly, the floor boards are all connected, and the walls shield from sight but not at all from noise so that it feels like one big dormitory at times. Once the new arrivals know about it, everyone was very considerate and quiet.

Very kind owners who were attentive to my questions or needs, and tried to help whatever they could. It's just by the river, and you can enjoy the sunset or sunrise with hammock. They also run a restuarnat which is practical. They organize a trip to see the waterfalls in Don Xom which was one of the best experiences I had in this trip.

The wall is thin so you can hear easily your neighbours. The toilet looks shabby.
