"Blast from our pasts"

The location was perfect. Close to all imminities. Cafes,pubs and shops. We had takeaways which we don't normally do. We had a great curry and fish and chips. The park was so close and some great walks to Matlock Bath and Cromford. The accommodation had everything to make us comfy. We slept well and it was quiet at night. The onsite parking was great 5mtrs away from the accommodation

Matlock was very busy. With hindsight we will revisit mid week and not school holidays

"Exceptional"

It is perfectly located to enjoy all that Matlock has to offer. With shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk. Having the park just over the footbridge was a real bonus for walking the dog too. It was extremely comfortable with everything you need. A real home from home.

Lovely quiet, detached bolt hole. Close to the centre of Matlock and a stones throw from The Remarkable Hare. The best pub/restaurant that we visited during our stay.

Our second stay at a lovely little cottage in a quiet location, but right in the heart of Matlock. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable to hang out in and a reserved parking spot right next to it. Can recommend Monk Bar for pre-dinner drinks, Stones Restaurant for dinner, and Bod for breakfast on Sunday morning, all within 2 to 3 minutes walk.

"Great location"

A beautiful little conversion with everything you need for a couple of nights away. Close to town for shops, cafes, and restaurants but quiet and peaceful. Lovely walks on the dootstep and Matlock Bath just down the road.

Location of main attractions, park very close for walking, cafe, and restaurants for eating and drinks just around corner. Very convenient. Great location for walking to Matlock bath.

Rear of property accessible by side road, poor state or repair with various potholes, also accessed by noisy lorry’s early in morning which was woke you early.
