The staff service. They really dont care much about the room service. If you are ordering food then it will get delivered after an hour or more. The management was not good. The towels were not given. Hot water issue. Electricity issue

Morning view of sun rise is best and the location of the property is good. Individual staff is good

There were multiple issues 1. No proper staff, no proper food. Management is not good. Room service is not good AC was making noise. I called about 15 times to reception but no one pick up the call. Finally I have to come down and talk then one person came to fix water supply was interrupted multiple times once you check in the hotel nobody cares what you need. I dint like the stay only positive thing was morning view that’s it. I will suggest have your lunch n dinner out side only. Pool was not good. Carrom does not have proper pices. Chess coins are missing. Snooker table does not have all the balls sticks are broken and there is no replacement to that snooker table sheet is torned. The lighting on the table is not managed

Room was ok Breakfast was a disaster, in fact, we did not have any breakfast as it was not ready and also the choice explained to us was dismal.
