Excelente ubicación, muy lindo y cómodo. La atención de la anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta. El edificio muy lindo y la gente de recepción, excelente.

Que la estar haciendo obras de refacción en el edificio los ruidos comenzaban a las 7 de la mañana y pasaba de manera constante un andamio con empleados de construcción

Excelente ubicación, a pasos del shopping. Es muy cómodo el apartamento y la atención es excelente. Vale la pena reservar, no se arrepentirán.!

The apartment is great, it was clean, and the building offers great facilities. It is also in a great location, very safe and close to shopping centres etc.

The host could improve how she answers guests' concerns. We had a security issue where someone (we later found out it was the receptionist) went into our room at midnight, whilst we were in it. The next morning, we messaged her, told her about the incident, asked her who had the door code (there's no key, it's just a pin code), if this changed every time there was a new guest, and that the door lock didn't work - and hence, that we wanted the pin code to be changed as we didn't feel safe. She just responded that the code is changed every time there's a new guest, ignoring everything else. I proceeded to ask who she thought had come in then - to which she took over an hour to respond, and when she did, it was more than disappointing. She said that there was no chance someone had gone in, only cleaning staff, and that she doubted it due to it happening at midnight. When a guest tells you that someone has entered the room, why do you proceed to basically tell the guest they're lying? I've been to over 40 countries and have never had a host blatantly ignore such a security issue. Plot twist: after telling her that someone had definitely gone into the room, and that we wanted her to take this issue seriously, she contacted reception, who confirmed through the cameras that someone did indeed enter our flat - it had been the receptionist, who had gone to our apartment by mistake, entered our flat's pincode by mistake too, and went into our apartment when he was meant to actually enter an apartment three floors below. Now, I would still say I feel safe in the building, so that's not the main issue I want to point out here. But it is exhausting and very annoying that, when you tell a host a security issue (as important as someone unauthorised entering your room), she proceeds to ignore it and tell you that it hasn't happened. I'm glad the building has cameras everywhere though.

Very clean, comfortable surroundings. Great facilities at the complex. The staff at the Residence were also very kind & helpful (despite my lack of Spanish) they were all very understanding. Communication with the owner when I needed any help was also excellent. Very happy & highly recommended place to stay.
