Apartment Bellevue Seis

The property was very clean, quiet and in a perfect location. The pictures accurately reflected the property. The balcony faces a glorious view of the Dolomites. Sabine was very responsive and kind - she met us at the gas station and directed us to the property! - and gave lots of helpful info regarding trails, restaurants, and groceries. She also provided coffee (very important!) and a lovely bottle of her very own wine.

Nothing! Wish we would've stayed one more day!

Am Besten war die Lage. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben, Wandern, essen, die Nutzung der Gästecard, man konnte gratis nach Bozen und in viele Orte fahren. Tolle Aussicht auf den Schlern vom Balkon.

Die Wohnung war nicht beheizt und ziemlich kalt . Es gab einen kleinen Elektroofen, aber der hat nicht viel ausgemacht.

Host is heel betrokken. Uitleg over allerlei wandelingen in de omgeving. Elke dag een update met de nieuwsbrief van het dorp. Uitzicht is fantastisch en de omgeving is leuk.

La posizione è ottima e Sabine è gentile e attenta.Ci ha fornito di guide e cartine e ci ha proposto passeggiate adatte. La casa era fornita di tutto dal tè ai doppi cuscini. L'appartamento è ben strutturato e in ottimo stato.

Un po' umida,ma con qualche accorgimento (arieggiamento e una stufetta) si è risolto il problema .

Die Wohnung ist einfach möbliert, aber dennoch wohnlich und gemütlich. Man findet in ihr alles, was man irgendwie gebrauchen könnte - von Wanderkarten, einer kleinen Bibliothek bis zum Fieberthermometer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gästeorientiert, wir haben gute Empfehlungen zu Unternehmungen in dieser wunderschönen Landschaft bekommen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit von Wohnung und Haus. Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig und nach hinten raus gelegen, das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße im Ort, der Balkon mit wunderschönem Bergblick wurde wegen des Verkehrslärms nicht benutzt.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gleich gegenüber der Unterkunft befand sich der Supermarkt.

Die Wohnung war sehr einfach und wenig ansprechend eingerichtet. Den Balkon konnte man aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptstraße eigentlich nicht nutzen, da es viel zu laut war. Leider konnten wir auch die Südtirol Karte für Vergünstigungen in der Region nicht erhalten. Das war sehr schade.

Apartment was in a fabulous location and views from balcony were amazing. Sabina, the owner, gave us some amazing tips on walks and activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean, has everything you need, Sabine is a fantastic host and has been thoughtful about every detail. She also gave excellent recommendations and gave us a warm welcome.

Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Host, Sabine, was very responsive and helped us with our plans to visit the Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm). We had our own rental car and parking beside apartment was great. Location was great to walk to the center of town and there was a large supermarket just across the street from the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The washing machine is in the lower level of the building but was very convenient.

There is a great view of the mountain from the balcony, but there is no view of the mountain from inside the apartment. The refrigerator is spacious but does not have a freezer compartment for those who like to make ice. We purchased ice from the grocery store in the center of town and the refrigerator is so cold that you can keep ice in the refrigerator for 2 days without melting.
