Not clean! Mould on the fan, the mattress was about a cm in thickness so was not comfortable.

Cleaning could be improved. Shower head fixture unsupportive. Microwave poorly positioned and dirty Parking a real issue

The location was convenient and the apartment was clean and tidy.

No tea towel, no oven gloves (I burned my hands), no dish cloth, no kitchen roll, pillows in bedroom were awfully hard and uncomfortable which prevented us sleeping properly, the oven occasionally smoked, but this didn't affect the fire alarm making us question if the fire alarm was actually on? The cooking facilities were small and cutlery was mismatched. Most of the cutlery utensils were the cheap ones that were not made of metal and not of the standard you'd hope for in a holiday apartment. The flowers in the apartment were plastic which is not good for the environment or the overall feel of the place. Despite the instructions it took us ages to work out how to get into the place, and our neighbour, who also arrived on the same day at the same time, couldn't get in either and we had to show him how. Worst of all there is a large deposit to pay. As most apartments do not ask for deposits or are upfront about payments, this surprised us and was not made clear before we booked. I would recommend that the owners look at some or all of these issues.

The place was quite and decent.

The kitchen was not clean properly the hob was covered in grease and the cup and glasses were not clean and the location isn’t advertised along with apartment.
