Royal Palace Mondermoni

Property was very nice. Beach is a one minute walk away from the resort. Staff was helpful and courteous. Food was great.

The only downside that I found was that the room service staff keeps coming to your room at meal timings like breakfast, lunch and dinner to take orders for your meals. You didn’t call for them they just arrive. Guests may not want to be disturbed throughout the day in their rooms.

The taste of the food was good. But variation was less. They should include few more items. The behaviour of the staff was good. The stay was comfortable.

The should take care of the cleanliness of the room little more. The furnitures was little bit dusty. The quantity of the food item compare to price is less.

It's value for money 💰 that I must say. From time of arrival to check in.. and till check out.. each staff members given their will to please 🙏 🙂. There banquet hall looks promising. Food quality was superb. Swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool experience full with wholesome satisfaction. I'll surely choose again for stay.

Room cleaning needed to be little more. Amenities were very less. Drinks menu was not available in the room. Water bottle complimentary should be 1lt. bottle not 500ml. Water is necessary item, give a jug full of water if you can't give bottles.

Food quality prepared by your Kitchen is Good.

Housekeeping of the room needs omprovement. Maintenance of the Fan , AC needs improvement.

Bathroom door not good,shouting ..

Peaceful stay.

Price clarity was not there. I thought i booked the room with gst included but they added gst in the last and price increased from 2750 to 3000.

First let's highlight about the unpleasant thing. They provided us Room no. 402 which was at terrace. If you open the door of the room, it's a open terrace. That was really dissapoiting, as we were only two girls at the room, so it was also about the safety concern of ours. And moreover nobody would pay ₹2.7k bucks to stay at room on terrace no matter how much beautiful the room is from inside. The wifi was also no working properly at our room, may be cause the connection was not reaching at the terrace. Now let's also talk about the satisfactory parts of the resort- 1. The resort is great. 2. Rooms are spacious, clean & well maintained. 3. The taste of their in-house restaurant's food is top notch!(though the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark) 4. The outside area has a swimming pool and a little park which is pretty decent. 5. Behaviour of the staffs are also very pleasant.
