"A very nice place to spend/rest one night (enroute to other parts of Hokkaido)."

Hotel is huge! and our room and dinner were great - our (non Japanese) first experience in having tatami facility within our room plus the eating of Japanese buffet; the spread was great esp with the sushi & steak. Parking (we had 3 cars) was very convenient, right in front of the hotel for easy drop off/pick up - the hotel staff helped a lot in directing us.

Cant recall any coz overall experience (check-in, parking, food and room facilities) had been very good.

這次住宿兒子遺落Air Pods在飯店，隔天入住同一集團的洞爺湖湖畔亭，請飯店員工協助打電話詢問，結果真的有找到ㄟ，還幫忙寄到札幌的飯店，服務真的是一級棒

・食事会場の床が畳で一部カーペットであったが、汚れていて素足で歩くことに後悔した。 ・浴室には、スマホを使う客、刺青した客がいた ・ロビーに喫煙所があり、扉を開けたまま喫煙させている
