Staffs are helpful. Location is convenient for my temporary business. Room and bathroom were quite comfortable. Easy access to apartment since near to main road, no traffic jam. Our room got 2 views: city view & part of sea view.

The apartment was under renovation. Some tiles around the lobby were missing. Surau was messy and dusty. Not maintained at all. No ventilation. Rubbish was not fully collected during first 2 days. Lift (single) was smelly. Breakfast was average, not really fresh/freshening. Poor lighting at the cafe. TV was blurry but functioning. Iron was rusty. Iron board was available upon request... I wouldn't call it an iron board. Drinking water (2 small bottles) had to be self topped up near the lift.

Not much to say, but the room where I stay definitely need renovation.

Molds on the ceiling & wall painting peel off the wall. The floor was not mop properly.
