That it was close to a public parking spot.

It was not clean. The floor was sticky, the bathroom dirty, the bath tub was disgusting and the bathroom cabinets really bad. And yea, the freezer had mold in it and many other things.

it is located close to the main points of interest in the city center

The apartment smelled old and musty, the bathroom is old, the toilet lid is cracked and the shower area is unworkable and rusty. And the most annoying thing is the noise from outside when you open the window at night
