convenient location

steep stairs had difficulty finding location, guest house sign could not be seen easily due to high hedges/shrubs

Breakfast was not as expected and should have been made clear in the booking process. No cooked option and very basic cold option. You had to make your own breakfast. Only facility for cooking was a couple of microwaves. Kitchen was left untidy by other guests.

Room was a nice size, clean and a comfortable bed. Great parking facility at the rear of the house, which was through a locked gate. Staff were as helpful as they could be.

Breakfast was a help yourself. Mostly cereal, bread, pastries, toast. Not very healthy if your a diabetic. No alternative was on offer. So had to pay to go out and have a breakfast that was suitable for my needs

No tea/coffee facilities in the room had to keep going to the dining room to make a drink. Also In the bathroom very odd, no shelf in shower to put a your shampoo/wash gel on. Sofa was too close to the tv, had to seat on bed to watch. Also pave was very hard to find. They had no recollection of my booking, lucky for me they had an empty room.

Excellent access. Easy check in and departure. Large room. Kitchen facilities with tea/coffee and breakfast self service. Very quiet.

Large Room, comfy bed, dark at night (no annoying lights) & good sized personal bathroom.

Quite noisy, all doors seem to slam shut, Kitchen area not kept clean by other guests, wifi kept dropping out & poor parking (first night I parked straight outside on the road, and ended up having to pay £82 for a new tyre as someone threw & smashed a glass beer bottle under my car), neighbours have lots of cars, so always want 'their' space on the road, ended up parking on a side street for remainder of stay
