Park Paradise

We were a family of 4 and the rooms were very large and clean with a lovely bathroom. Everything was clean and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely, and one morning we had bad stomachs from eating our and owners suggested coffee and lime, very helpful. The hotel is near jungle beach, walk down and near unawatuna (walk or tuk tuk). Pool was very clean, we had a kettle and fridge in toom.

The hotel was difficult to get to, the road meant some tuk or drivers wouldn't go. Other than this this a good hotel for a good price. More furniture in room would be great for a family with more comfortable seating outside.. these are small things.

Fantastic location just outside of the village. New facility!

Location is fantastic, right next to the sea, offering stunning views. Unawatuna is a walk or tuk-tuk ride away, but the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The pool area is lovely and well-maintained. Nearby is jungle beach, wich is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The views, nature, large windows, great cocktails, large rooms were all incredible! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The beds are too hard.

Breakfast was very tasty, very big room and bathroom, nice swimming pool, nice view, friendly staff

The water in the bathroom was ok but the last day of our staying we run out of hot water.

Excellent view, glorious sunset, nice surroundings in the nature, nice terrace, new clean room with no crawlies, was scared by previous reviews but no issues with water, AC or WiFi, nice pool, excellent personalized breakfast, dinner also good though limited vegetarian options, trek to Jungle beach and Pagoda must, quiet except the birds and waves.

The road to the property sucks, you need a van (difficult with cars) or TukTuk, in general significantly more expensive than nearby properties

Location is great if you don’t want to be in the flow of tourist in the Main Street of Unawatuna, but also walking distance to all points of interests Rooms are spacious, confortable, bathroom pleasant to use Views from the top rooms are awesome, straight onto the sunset

The owner and employees are nice and polite but when being asked for a simple service can’t really do it. No water for 10 hours in the room, employees playing music out loud What we disliked the most is the fact that half of the building is under construction , but the prices are globally very high compared to what we got in other places in Sri Lanka at the same period of time (70€/night in our case)

Spectacular view, amazing staff who could not do more to make our stay amazing. We would definitely book again. Swimming pool was perfect, site is beautiful with lovely paths between the rooms and facilities. Breakfast was nice with plenty of food (too much for us to eat). Bed comfortable and rooms large. We loved it.
