"I do not recommend this place! Owner is great but lady downstairs can kill every good feelings."

The builiding is totally new and clean, so the general assupmtion is that it is comfortable itself.

There were two factors that caused that I will never choose this location again: 1. Lady living downstairs (looking like plastic dool) was constantly disturbing us (me and my family). She was constantly underlining that everything is her ownership and we cannot touch it. It was so horrible. 2. The whole area is for now one big place of building - so there is a big noise around but I think this in future will finish.
