Bank zit erg slecht Tv zenders veranderen is bijna niet te begrijpen Huisje kan beter worden onderhouden/afwerken (bv ketel cv bromde enorm, afvoer douche is bijna volledig verstopt)

"Prima om even bij te komen en te wandelen."

Voldoende leefruimte met 2, mooi gelegen aan een vijvertje. Gezien het najaar en het weer was het rustig in het park.

Het interieur mag wat opgefrist worden (zetel - 'tapijt' - magnetron/oven).
