Seventh Floor Apartment

Very spacious and nice apartment, clean with a large terrace, on the terrace there is a cool chair, from terrace you can see the Bagrati temple and panaromic view of Kutaisi which is amazing . Zura was a very responsive owner, I highly recommend it.

Because of work I often have to come to Kutaisi and it has always been difficult to find a good apartment. This is the third time I have been stayed in this hotel, I have stayed is 3 different rooms of this hotel and all of them are amazing tide, fresh and clean. My reccomendations to this place. Host also amazing very resposive and great in communication.

Zurab was a great host. He recommended excellent restaurants and always responded quickly. I checked in without any problems. The photos match the property well. It is newly renovated with central heating and is clean and tidy. The location is amazing too walkable distans to restaurants and city center. I will definitely be back again ! Thank you !

We arrived in front of the door without information. We tried to call several time the owner without succed. It was raining and it was cold. We were obliged to take another hôtel... I wonder if this hôtel existe... Horrible expérience!

Нам понравилось все. Дом где расположен, есть парковка, бесконтактное заселение, чистота в квартире, удобный матрас и подушки, чистое белье, полный комплект посуды и огромный балконом с потрясающим видом. Хозяин всегда был на связи, отвечал на все вопросы. Можно было воспользоваться стиральной машиной. Останавливались в 2-х комнатном номере. Спасибо за гостеприимство, обязательно в следующий раз остановимся в этом же месте.

الطريق مب معبد يعني كتش

لا يوجد صابون ولا شامبو البعض قد لا يعجبهم ذلك ولكن عن نفسي استخدم الصابون والشامبو المناسب لي

الشقه نظيفه تقع في الطابق السابع يوجد مصعد كما توجد غرفة غسيل الشقه وسط بنايه فيها عدة شقق عند دخولك إليها سرير واريكه تتحول إلى سرير الموقع ممتاز قريب من السنتر طبعا الطريق كتش مب معبد الطريق ولكن موقع الشقه جيد به مطبخ تحضيري و شرفه ملاحظه يوجد شطاف وفيه ملاحظه مهمه صاحب الشقه لم التقي معه ابدا فقط اخذت المفاتيح ودخلت

AC, kitchen supplies comfortable beds and near center

The location shared was wrong and we were looking for it. Also there should have at least a mop as the shower is open plan with wc and after 5 days without cleaning services, we were walking in dirt all day. Moreover when you say 1 bedroom apartment you dont mean a studio with 2 single beds!
