The Flamingo Apartments

Apartment is smaller than how it looks in the pictures, floor was dirty and kitchen facilities were not properly cleaned

It was cold and miserable. Aircon didn’t work properly. No extra blankets. No electric blanket. Maintenance never came to fix aircon.

Apartment was well equipped The view was amazing

We couldn't get to our apartment without the security tag us up each time. Some times we had to wait for security. No tag was given to us. This made our in and out difficult and we minimize the amount of times we plan to go out as we didn't not want to disturb the security the whole time.

Room and staff.

Location with no parking and having to pay a lot to the municipality. It was raining most of the time I was there. There was a water puddle infront of my apartment. It made my floor dirty everytime I walked in. As a result, I had to clean the flat myself because the company on the spot worked for Perch. What is the R660 cleaning fee for?

I liked the security of the building and 24 hours staff. These are tiny studios apartments. There two bus routes and a major grocery store about a ten minute walk. Also a smaller store across the street.
