Complimentary snacks and tea/coffee. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Close to main road where bus stop is into Florence. Gated property and free parking was a bonus. Though free parking available on road, be aware that certain days due to street cleaning, no cars are allowed to park and you could be fined.

Could be cleaner and kitchen needs to be better equipped. Oven trays and cereal bowls would be great. Dish cloths and cleaning agents too.

"Great Villa near Tram to city"

Very comfortable villa on the first floor of a house. There are about 20 steps to access the villa. The villa is quite large with a very well-furnished kitchen, comfortable living room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with good shower and washing machine. We appreciated the Netflix! It is about a 15-minute walk to Villa Costanza where you can take the tram into the city center. We usually stay in the city center, but really liked staying outside of the center and taking the tram each day. The location of the villa was very quiet. There is a restaurant/pizzeria practically next door, but the food wasn't very good. Eat in the city center or cook at home. We really liked our stay here and look forward to returning again soon.

The code to the lock box wasn't sent in advance, so we had to call to get instructions when we arrived. However, then it was easy to access. We had problems with the internet, but the owner was quick to help and we eventually were able to connect and have good, fast internet.
