"Pistoia i Florencja są piekne, hotelu jednak polecić nie mogę."

Stosunek młodej recepcjonistki, która chciała pomóc. Była ona jednak strofowana przez swoją przełożoną.

Brak możliwości skorzystania z parkingu, z którego korzystał personal. Wyłączanie grzejników w nocy. Zimna woda w jednej z łazienek.
