The location was great and the view fabulous

The food at dinner buffet was exceptionally bad! Inedible in fact. All 4 of us were unable to eat our good. Not just ordinary but truly awful!

- Rooms were very porely maintained. - Hygiene was bad: dirty/broken bathroom furniture. - The manager/ person behind reception was not thinking with the guests. For example it was not possible to get a lunchbox for safari instead of a breakfast. - Bad buffet: breakfast and dinner. In general it’s not worth the money!

The location is out of this world stunning. The wildlife is in the hotel grounds, from wild cats, hogs, owls to hippos in the gardens! The Serengeti views are absolutely gorgeous and you’re a part of nature here, which is just perfect

The staff are constantly trying to squeeze every penny out of you, which doesn’t make it enjoyable. Trying to charge for things you’ve already paid for and constantly on your case. Doesn’t sit well with me. It’s not very busy and the social areas are quiet, probably due to what I previously stated

Meals were good and options for meals were good. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate all good. Location is wonderful and staff very friendly. Observation deck is also nice. Wifi in reception worked well. We were at this lodge when there were not a lot of options and again now. This is still a great lodge. Keeping making small improvements to bring out the best.

Meals were not hot. The hotel needs a better way to keep food hot. Also, please have a creamer that is non dairy like coconut milk or almond milk. Wifi in the rooms would be really nice in the future. The hotel needs a little updating. Our shower only had one door and lighting in bathroom was not good in the shower. Please bring the gift shop back. It was a nice addition to the hotel. Also, one free bottle of water should come with dinner.
