Choice and quality of the breakfast. Large apartment.

Very slow check-in, exceptionally expensive, very very poor internet, free transfer not present at the agreed time, we has to take a taxi.

The breakfast was simply excellent. The location is good, and the airport can be reached quickly.

Work of the reception staff was a bit slow (due to many tourist arriving at the same time).

The restaurant staff were not particularly friendly.

Breakfast and lunch are great. Great selection and variety of different cusines. The hot choclate cake/Pudding is a must try over here with a sprinkle of Chocolate crumble. Rooms were nice and spacious.

This repeated failure in internal coordination, billing accuracy, and guest handling — particularly involving elderly VIP guests — is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The overall level of service and communication throughout this stay was appalling and highly disappointing. I constantly checked in with front desk to see if there were any charges for the room but there were none at the time of checking. However while checking out we were given a bill for "Accomodation pacakge" for about $360. However all costs were paid upfront a week before guests arrived. And also got a msg from the reservations team that payment has been noted (It was clearly not noted for the rest of the team as they were unaware) Upon the first day of our arrival , we were told the 2 rooms were not paid for. Once again i had to explain that payment had been completed over a week ago. No porter service was offered upon arrival, despite the guests being an elderly husband and wife, with the husband experiencing difficulty walking.
