Margaret House Sorrento

The property was beautiful, great air con, good size bathroom and bedrooms. Host had water and lemoncello there for us which was a really nice touch

Location wasn’t great, wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are relying on public transport. There are taxis but they can be hard to book and €50 for a 10 minute ride

It was quite and once we hired a car idle for our needs.

It’s high up and trees all around the apartment which made it damp inside. Our clothes smelt musky when in the draws and wardrobe.

The host was friendly, accommodating of our arrival time to us at the apartment, and also assisted us with taxi bookings. Clean, fully fitted kitchen and washing machine.

The walk up and down the steep drive to/from the road. This should be stated on the property description cause not everyone can manage walking this terrain let alone carrying luggage. The apartment was cold for some reason and the linen was not adequate.

Outside area if there was a sitting dining area would have improved our experience.

It was a clean facility on the inside. But AC didnt work our whole stay.

The AC did not work , the road to get there is horrible , parking is extremely complicated and the people that live in the area are so rude and have dogs that are so disturbing.

We were the 3rd people to stay in the new apt. Everything was new and clean and the hosts thought of many amenities and were so helpful. The location is on the bus line so easy and fast to get into Sorrento.

The only thing to consider is that is on an 800ft hill and not all vehicles can drop you off. Many taxis are vans. It is residential immediately around the apt so bring in your supplies.
