"disappointing introduction to this hotel chain"

location, close to a wedding we had to attend. breakfast was good, but there was no consistency. one morning there was a buffet and the next morning there was only aka carte and i did not have time to have breakfast.

the reception staff was incompetent and unkempt. check-in took too long and they got it wrong. our room was not ready. the public areas looked messy.
