A Fairytale Stay in Beautiful Mondello! Our experience at Giuseppe’s apartment was absolutely fantastic. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized — Giuseppe sent us clear and detailed instructions few days before our arrival. The apartment is located on the top floor of a spacious building, just a 10-minute walk from the stunning Mondello Beach. It’s perfect for a longer stay, offering everything you might need: a fully equipped kitchen, a clean and functional bathroom, a huge living room, a cozy bedroom with an incredibly comfortable bed, and best of all — a large terrace with a big dining table, umbrella, an outdoor shower, and breathtaking views of the area! There’s a charming mini-market nearby (about 10 minutes on foot) with fresh local Sicilian products and wines. A bit further, you’ll find a larger supermarket, plus plenty of restaurants, bars, and street food spots. There are also many car rental offices and public transport stops in the area. Honestly, sometimes we found it hard to decide whether to spend time on the gorgeous beach or just relax on the amazing terrace! Thank you so much, Giuseppe — we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! - We didn’t find a single downside. But! Be really careful entering the terrace cuz the entrance is kinda not that tall, so you wont smash your head 🫡

It was a really beautiful little chalet and I fell in love with it as soon as I entered. It had a bath which is my favourite and everything there that you would need. Giuseppe was so accommodating and every question that you asked him he was so quick to respond. The balcony is big with an umbrella for summer.Also the feature was the washing machine and a bottle of red wine and glasses were set on the table for a surprise. ☆ Situated in a pretty, tree-lined street, l ♡'d my stay in Mansarda - a homely, spacious & airy holiday apartment with air-conditioning, washing machine & strong WIFI. ☆ From both the living room & bedroom, you can access a generous-sized terrace with outside furniture. From here you can enjoy spectacular views of Monte Pellegrino. ☆ Lovely comfy bed & cosy lighting. ☆ Brilliant location - quiet, but within 5-12 minutes walk from beautiful Mondello beach, Touring Café, Famiglia Supermarket and bus stop to Palermo (806). ☆ Extremely kind, attentive and hospitable host who truly went out of his way to welcome me to Mondello & Palermo. ☆ Grazie mille Giuseppe. The villa was nice. Its not the biggest apartments, but it has nearly everything you will need. Washing machine, small oven, fridge, plates, glasses etc. The owner even left us a bottle of wine, what was really awesome gesture. The root to the sea is 10 to 15 minutes, depends on your walking speed. Owner sent us two shops, that was kinda nearby, can recommend you to visit bigger one. Smaller shop is really only for something very common, in case you forgot to buy something in the bigger one.

The roof. Since it is a last floor of that villa, you should be prepared, because your head will be in danger. Always. Maybe, for someone, will be a disappointment that this apartment doesn't have a microwave. However for us, it wasn't a big deal

Too small shower (bath), it was hard to fit and not to hit the seeling 😅

Giuseppe, the host, is very kind and helpful. He waited for me until midnight due to the late arrival of my flight. The apartment is very nice, well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable. It is in a quite area and at a walking distance from the beach. I will definetely book this apartment again if I would need a place to stay in Palermo and I recommend it strongly.
