Beautiful location and cave experience with jacuzzi

Water pressure in shower was low

The view was amazing from the room and it was great they had a pool available with the room. The bed was super comfy and good wifi service

The service was a bit questionable. They were very prompt with replying on whattsapp but didn't see through what they said they would help with. The breakfast they provide is not at a high enough standard for the price you pay to stay. The juice option that was a coconut pineapple juice. Came to our room With lightly blended pineapple and desiccated coconut chunks inside (that is not enjoyable) There is definitely room for improvement !

I like anything, there was only a sea view.

Jakuzzi was very dirty and small. The lights of jakuzzi was not sufficently. We didnt reach no one for check in. We searched the place almost one hour. The breakfast not as good as for that price. There are no hair dryer. We did not feel safe. Someone come into the garden of villas. The cleaning was not enough.

Fun experience. It was cool to live in a cave for a few days. The bedroom had AC, so it was nice and cool. It looked like they had renovated the suite fairly recently, because it looked fresher than in the pictures on the Booking site. The suite had been repainted and they added a glass pane next to the hot tub, which partly "blocked" the view (you could still see through it, obviously). We went in mid-September and we could see the sunset right from the hot tub, which was amazing. I'm told that's not always the case in the earlier months. Communicating with the staff through the Booking app was easy. We didn't always get an answer, but then the breakfast we ordered showed up as expected, so it worked well enough. The location was good, as it was within walking distance (~20 minutes) of Fira. There was a good selection of restaurants locally and a few little corner shops for snacks and drinks.

The hot tub was extremely hot, to the point where we couldn't use it for the first couple of days. There were no temperature controls, so we couldn't turn it down ourselves, but they sent someone to turn the temperature down and it eventually cooled down, so all was well in the end. During the day, we wished we had a pool rather than a hot tub, but it was nice to have in the evening. The staff was pretty receptive to our demands, so perhaps if you ask before you get there, the temperature can be turned down even further and you can use it as a pool.

The views are unmatched , great facilities and location .

Location in Imerovigli was good as it had amazing views and was central to the main area. The only contact we had was with one person who carried our luggage, brought us breakfast and arranged for transfers as well. Fridge was stocked with some water, coke and a couple of beers. Outdoor spa pool was in working order and allowed us to take in the view

The shower had very limited water pressure as only a trickle would come out. We were greeted by a man who was our only point of contact and no number was provided as our only way of contacting him was through booking.com via message.

The location was amazing and the little cave house pretty cute. The food was also pretty good and very generous.

We arrived late due to a delayed flight and were told we missed breakfast cutoff. Would have been good to be told this prior as we indicated a later day check in originally. They offer eggs/bacon, waffles or crepes & lunch salads or sandwiches so recommend ordering prior for first day. Cute cave house but could do with a declutter & good clean, felt like we dropped in when owner stepped out. Pool looking tired & big glass hides view a bit, was not like in photos. Fan broken which made it hard for my daughter to sleep upstairs but they replaced it after a few days which was good.

Everything was perfect:) Maria the host all her staff were just lovely They took care of every little thing :) breakfast was amazing it would come to your room at your desired time and was setup so beautifully either by patio or dining room or the pool the choice is yours Everything about the location the stay and the host is nothing short of perfect :)
