every thing is worst than pic .. please make sure to not book this hotel because these things : 1. the interior is not nice at all yellow and red 😵‍💫 2. the water that u use is salty you cant brush your mouth with salty water every day i feel i want to vumet. 3. the AC AC NOT WORKING and in morning till 4 pm is so hot. 4. the cave jacuzzi the water is yellow 🤢 5. the floor is dirty.. 6. toooo much insects in the room . 7. the owner when you complain about anything she is soo rude . 8. when you ask anything like towels the service too slow takes 5 hours .

Excellent location with stunning caldera views. Close to the main path (not too many stairs down to the apartment) yet private and quiet. Breakfast was also delicious although it would have been nice if it was delivered a little earlier than 10am. Very accommodating host who allowed us a late check out and friendly staff who checked in each day to see if we needed anything.

A sunshade outside over the hot tub area would have been nice, particularly when eating outside as it got very hot after 9.30am. This may not be so much of an issue during other seasons.

The place had a wonderful view and it was very comfy. The staff was super friendly and available. The breakfast was a nice surprise. The bath tub has a great view and provides a discrete amount of privacy. Fantastic, fresh and cozy bedroom with large comfy bed and big shower.

There should be a switch to turn off the noisy fan of the room during the night. Complimentary service and food should be clearly advertised in advance and on-site. Ok
