PLEverything! If you read this, looking for an apartment in Budapest then just stop scrolling through places on booking and take this one (if it is available)! You will probably not find anything better in this money range. Apartment is perfectly located (very first stop of 100E bus from airport), 500m to metro M3 station, close to shops, restaurants, bars and yet still in quiet place, bo street voices during nights. Itis fully equipped, everything is new, the AC works smoothly, it has a terrace to drink morning coffee too. Communication with host also perfect (great idea with PDF with all necessary information on arrival)
Pillows could be better but are still ok. I just do not like this type of pillows

ITLa struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e silenziosa, molto vicina ai mezzi pubblici.

ESEl apartamento de la calle KRÚDY GYULA está en un edificio declarado como histórico que le hace falta una rehabilitación a cargo del Ayuntamiento, si bien no hay que dejarse engañar por las apariencias. El apartamento está muy bien!: en zona céntrica y muy auténtica pero muy tranquila y de buen ambiente a la vez, cómodo y a un paso de cualquier transporte público, al lado de una plaza con diferentes restaurantes, supermercado a 5 minutos y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días disfrutando de Budapest, ciudad maravillosa. Y Sabi ha sido un anfitrión excepcional, preocupándose porque siempre estuviésemos a gusto y dando toda clase de detalles y ayuda. Gracias Sabi por tu hospitalidad!! 😊
No es un problema del apartamento, aunque pasamos alguna noche calurosa porque estuvimos justo unos días de Agosto con ola de temperaturas extremadamente altas, nada habitual en Budapest. En ese caso, mejor dejar el aire acondicionado un rato hasta que se enfríe el ambiente en la casa.

Palazzo esteriormente normale, dentro fatiscente, le scale che portano all'appartamento sono devastate. L'appartamento è buio, bagno piccolissimo, le due camere senza finestre. Non abbiamo soggiornato.

PLŚwietna lokalizacja, blisko wszędzie, ale nie samo centrum. Mieszkanko na 3 piętrze w starym budynku, z zewnątrz nie wygląda zachęcająco, ale w środku super. 2 osobne sypialnie i salon z aneksem. Czyściutko i bardzo wygodnie dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Niedaleko do sklepów, kawiarni,metra czy tramwaju. Jasna i czytelna instrukcja odbioru kluczy. Właściciel szybko odpowiada na pytania. Na krótki pobyt super,polecam. Jedyne, czego mi osobiście brakowało, to choćby malutka półeczka na kosmetyki do mycia pod prysznicem, ale nie jest to niezbędne.
