All I wanted was a relaxed vibe for my children and I after their hard work in school and my fur baby, this area is called paradise for a reason, safe, friendly people just relaxing vibe I was going for, got it 10%. I am just angry at myself for only booking 2 days, definitely visiting again for much longer.

The only problem was the warm water facility, bit tricky but I believe they will fix it

We have never met because you were too busy at a party when we arrived and then when I called you later after seeing what a shocking state that "Classic House" was in and requested you to come and sort out what you were going to do about it, you said you wouldn't come because it was too far - possibly because the main road to Paradise Beach had been closed for months and a long detour ending with a 10k gravel road was the only access. A point that you failed to mention in your ad .After this conversation you never answered ANY of my phone calls and even when I sent you message telling you that we were not staying and for you to call me to make arrangements to collect your keys, you again avoided us by arranging for a 3rd party to receive the keys. You also lied to Booking.com telling them that we were a "no show" thus preventing us from posting a review. Now to the accomodation, the "Classic House " is an old square building with shipping containers attached. The whole place was in shocking state and certainly totally misrepresented in your ad. You also failed to mention that there is NO Mains Water connected, the place is not particularly pet friendly and there is no "on site" parking as stated. Parking was to be on the verge next to the road. I am doing my utmost to have my money returned and am at the point of turning to the powerful platform of Social Media to let the world know about the JBAYNIAN and what to expect from you. Close to beach, everything you need

The accommodation was exceptional and very clean. Loved the unexpected bonus of a lap pool as we are swimmers. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

The sprayhead tap in the kitchen was a bit wobbly. The dirt road (not the host's fault).

Absolutely Nothing. Atrocious!!!!!

Very dusty place. Bedding not fresh at all. No WiFi yet booking was paid way in advance. Shower overflowing, No indoor fireplace as per conversation with the owner. Overall I feel I lost a load of money by going there as we were traveling very far. My husband just came back from doctor as he was nearly killed by a highly venomous snake found in the house. We are so traumatized. Owner is looking for blankets from me that we did not see a day after we left the property. If everything was so dirty why would I leave with dirty blankets that does not belong to me!!!! I would completely understand if she was looking for blankets immediately after we left,but a day later after my complaint? I had to go to shops to get cleaning detergents, toilet Paper as there was only 2 toilet paper in the toilets, yet we there two days. That place is dangerous what if a snake kills someone that books it next time. No mention was made regarding venomous snakes otherwise I would never, ever sat foot there. Even if I have to go to the highest court I will not leave this matter like this.

Property was close to the beach as described. Table tennis was a winner.

Only about 4 or 5 pics were of this property, the rest are a completely different property. Facilities shown were not those of the property. No dining area indoors. Bed linen was dirty. Had I known what it actually looked like, I would not have booked at this property.

Warm blanket, cosy atmosphere, beautiful garden, pizza oven.
