The lock on the main door and hot water issue

Even though there is no one to check you in, she sent a video that made it so easy. The location was absolutely perfect and the room was beautiful! Close walking distance to everything. Magical to wake up to street musician serenading us with the accordian right below our balcony in the morning as we were having tea.

we had to get the keys 🔑 from a box that was left open, on the street, no clean towels or sheets for a week, it would be hard to explain how noisy it was from morning till early hours, it would have been nice to see someone, smelly clothes & sponges left, after paying so much money, we were not impressed.
