The good only thing is property construction is new.

There is long list. 1. Language problem - owner neithe knows english or hindi, its very difficult to make him understand anything. 2.it looks like he does not willling to serve at all or not understands. Very difficult to make small requests fulfilled. 3.Not on google map so difficullt to locate. 4. No welcome kit provided.

I had made three room reservations for today, with the booking clearly stating that no prepayment was required. However, shortly after booking, I received a call from the property manager, Renjith Kumar, demanding an advance payment. Despite explaining the booking terms, Mr. Kumar insisted that failure to make the advance payment would result in the cancellation of my reservations and the rooms being allocated to other guests. Regrettably, due to my refusal to pay the unrequested advance, I have now been informed that my reservations have been canceled and the rooms rented to other guests. This sudden change has caused me considerable inconvenience and distress. I had planned my stay based on the confirmed reservations and relied on the terms provided during booking.

I wait 15 minits after seeing the room. But it was not alloted . Room boy ask to wait till the manager came. They confirm through booking .com but when directly called their response was not fair. After 15 min I quit the hotal . And take another room

Clean and new setup

No roof shades and so it was very hot untill AC achieve its momentum
