The location was exceptional, the AC worked really well, and the apartment was really comfortable.

The opening of the garage door was very loud and early in the morning was very jarring. The opening of the entrance door was also easily felt.

Clean and cozy. In perfect area in the city. Customer care incredible when needed.

Perfect central location and the apartment is really comfortable and well equipped

There was a bit of noise outside from the car park opposite the apartment, but that’s probably to be expected in such a central location

The apartment was very close to everything in the city centre. It had air conditioning and it was renovated possibly very recently.

The lack of hangers. As we were multiple people inside the apartment, we didn’t have anywhere to place jackets or towels.

The location in Santo Stefano is in the heart of Bologna so it is an easy walk to the most important sites. The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

The main entry to the property had a very wet musty smell, however, this had no effect on the apartment. The windows have no view so we left the shades closed.

We had lots of issues trying to get into the apartment late at night.We followed instructions but code was wrong no keys in the box at the apartment door Very very very stressful. Shower flooded.Musty smell in the room.The small ironing board is not fit for use

The spam messages when the system was hacked. Was 3 double beds.

Perfect location.

Close to centre. Accommodated all five of us.

The hot water sometimes does not work.
