Excellent staff.

Good location ,walking distance form most good restaurants and the beach , descent room size , and clean

Construction near by was alittle annoying

Pool area was nice Spacious well designed room VERY good location

Cold shower and parts of the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for a while Bedsheets need replacing

Ощущалась сырость все время, и очень плохо с горячей водой. Она либо холодная, либо очень горячая. Единственный раз было все хорошо в 5 утра, когда больше никто не пользовался водой видимо. Номера уже не свежие.

Overall a nice place with friendly, welcoming staff. Everything was clean and well-organized, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and localization.

The only downside was that the bed was a bit sunken in and not the most comfortable.

Good quiet location with scooter parking next door.

On arrival at Fullmoon Canggu after an international flight I was told one of the staff had made an error and my room was already taken. After 30 mins they offered me a downgraded room with a stale smelling bathroom with loose taps for free for one night and I could find somewhere else to stay the next day. I accepted as it was now 10.30pm and I had my worldly possessions with me and a prebooked scooter being delivered in the morning. I booked using Booking.com again another place to stay for the remaining six nights. I have since been offered no refund by Fullmoon Canggu despite me only staying one night and paying upfront for a full week. Booking.com have told me to deal with the property, it has taken ten days to get a reply from them and they say that Fullmoon Canggu have claimed no fault their end! Really? Poor customer service all round - beware of this property and also Booking.com’s customer service if you need a refund!
