Breakfast supplies provided were much appreciated.

For want of something to rite there was no tea cosy

Great bathroom and DIY breakfast. Tastefully & decorated. In a back garden with an aviary! Owners taken trouble to make it nice. Table and chairs in bedroom to have your breakfast.

Access down side of house via a gate with key code. We didn't meet the owners so no welcome. But efficiently run

Set in the owners back garden the studio is quiet, peaceful and private. The studio was beautifully prepared with decent quality furnishings and equipment. Real coffee and a good breakfast choice made for a special stay.

It was very comfortable with plenty room. The facilities inside the room were really, really good. The owner has excel themselves and the compliment breakfast is amazing

The studio was spotlessly clean,breakfast selection provided, homely, comfortable and in a great location. The owner was very accommodating, i would highly recommend this studio, and we will be returning.

Lovely property - owners had thought of everything. Bed exceptionally comfy, everything we needed was provided, good selection of breakfast goods including cereals, fruit, eggs and milk, orange juice and cold drinks provided in the refrigerator. Lovely setting in the garden and the birds were charming - all so peaceful and relaxing. No cooker, but there is a microwave and airfryer, so no problem with cooking if you want to. Not huge, but is cosy, exceptionally clean and of a high standard. Owner made us feel very welcome, then left us to enjoy it all. Histon itself is charming and park and ride to Cambridge is easily accessible with a really good service. Would definitely return.

Lovely cottage Comfy bed, lovely shower. Cycling so washing machine a bonus. Telly was just switch on and watch. Lovely groceries. Learnt how to cook an egg in microwave.

Breakfast included (continental style)

eggs in fridge but nothing to cook them on (no hob) Hob or Air fryer would be useful

It was a lovely, self contained studio. Very cosy, but not cramped. The breakfast items we were provided were wonderful as well.
