I booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After receiving a confirmed booking, I arrived at the hotel only to be told that I could not stay there. The hotel denied my stay without any valid explanation or prior communication. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It caused a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and left me stranded at the last moment. I trusted this hotel based on its listing, but they clearly do not honor their commitments. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
