Easy to locate, parking , clean

It’s on a busy main road so if you are a light sleeper it might bother you but we are both heavy sleepers so no issues

"Very small room, but good for a 1 night stay."

Location was good. Parking was included which was a bonus. Room was clean and the beds were comfy.

The room was very small. The shower was difficult to use because the bathroom was so small.

Spotlessly clean. Easy to access city centre. Quiet. Free parking.

Everything was very good indeed, just a few more kitchen utensils would make it excellent, we had a can we wanted to open but there wan’t a tin opener. Also a sieve and a tea towel would be helpful.

"Another Great Stay"

We had stayed here before as the location worked well for us for the purpose of our visit. We had twin beds as I was travelling with my adult daughter. The room is compact but clean & everything worked. I like the hot drink equipment. The shower water is hot and we could walk to the event we were attending. There is parking off road & would stay there again

Whilst overnight the room was really quiet the other guests or possibly staff were quite noisy - talking loudly etc which was a bit intrusive. However we were only there overnight & this may be just due to who ever was also staying at the time.

If you are a light sleeper the noise of the extractor fans in neighbouring rooms (bathroom and hob) is intrusive

This is a very well situated guest house which is only a 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. We stayed in a twin room which was small but clean and modern with a large TV, free WiFi and kettle with tea/coffee. There was a small ensuite with a shower. Easy access to the property and self check in and out.

The only small issue was the overhead rainfall shower did not work as well as it should and the water was not coming out properly from all the jets in the head. However there was another shower head which worked perfectly well and had good pressure and temperature.

"Lovely comfortable stress free stay"

Lovely and clean and cosy. Could park right out side the front door! Easy check in and out and all very stress free.

Could have done with a colander!!
