Excellent facilities and very clean. Great location and very accommodating with check in.

A full length mirror would be a great addition.

- Great communication from owner - easy to access - WiFi, netflix, amazon tv - parking - exceptionally clean - 10-15 minute drive from city centre - everything you would need for a short stay - well equipped kitchen area

- smaller in reality than pictures show - could have done with a full length mirror somewhere.

Exceptionally clean with functional furniture. Next to a bus stop.

Room was lovely and clean, very modern. Quiet area, friendly neighbours - great people. Free parking.

The curb going on to the property - Oxford city council really need to sort that. Movement sensor in bathroom - great until you're in there a while and end up sat in the dark.

A small and quiet guesthouse. A very good communication with the owner, who was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean rooms. Our room and bathroom were quite small, but they had everything what was needed - well planned and arranged to fit in this limited space. A bus in front of the house. And don't miss best Fish&Chips 5 min walk from the guesthouse.

A very small sink - luckily I remembered the advice of one of the other guests - if you want to make a cup of tea (there is a kettle & hospitality tray provided), you need to fill in the kettle in the shower.
