Vastu Serene Studio Apartment

The personnel was very nice and helpful. The ACs and the TVs worked well. The food we ordered from the room service was quite good as well.

The room was quite dirty. A lot of dirt on the floor, and all the bed stuff had stains. There was a huge closet (also dirty), but there were only very few hangers, so not very useful. Chairs were dirty as well. A lot of hair in the mat in the bathroom, was probably never cleaned. No table or similar to put the luggage.

The property is okay. It was clean. The staff was really friendly, and helpful.

The property is closed to the central. Nice location. However, there was some disconnect between the property management and the receptionist. I was told that I would be able to use my international card at the property , but when I got to the property , their credit card machine didn’t work. I had to go try to find a way to get cash. It was so inconvenient. If I was informed earlier, I could have done it and not having to go through ordeal.

Overall, it was a good stay. Hotel staff was very helpful and quick to respond. We ordered indian food for breakfast and it was very tasty and reasonable price. Room was nice. Interiors and lightings were aesthetically beautiful. Wifi speed was great. They have a good garden and covered sitting place in it to have your tea/coffee.

There were no cutleries in kitchen. Will be good if they provide just some plates and spoons. Parking is limited. But they help with parking. So, not a big issue.

water taps not working, unclean rooms,no room facilities,they switch off all the lights of premises...they just looked the main gate no one is there to open the gate

The manager is super friendly Mr. Bhupinder.. Guiding her and helping in every way..... Room service is amazing.. If you're looking for celebration must recommend you for great time

Only this is a fridge should be in room for easy access...

The ambiance , staff , cleanliness, and the taste of food is awesomeeee…… exceptional stay and definitely stay able without any doubt. Very good and beautiful experience
