BWI loved the room and how tidy it was.
I didn't like that they put snacks in my room and didn't notify me that they were for sale. I did see a paper with the prices for the snack but thought that the ones in the room were complimentary snacks or welcoming snacks and if you wanted to buy you could contact them. Only when I checked out is when I was told I had to pay R255 for snacks I didn't even know were for sale.
ZAZAPlace is beautiful and the unit we were in was prestine. Really have nothing to complain about,staff is really cool too.
