Location just 5mins to Temerloh town & McD Rooms are big.

Checked in room TM1 at 6pm for 2 nights. Got the big 3 bedded family room at the attic (2nd floor) with a glass walkway to the balcony. The instant hot water shower's pump was not working, but strangely the heater is. (bypassed wiring???) The water pressure was bad, so, either turn OFF heater to get a slow cold shower or turn ON to get scalded by hot water. Called staff to check but was told that the pump is not working....(other reviews report the same) Called for a solution but it took them until 10.40pm to answer my calls and messages. Gave me an option to move to another house nearby but as it was 10.30pm, i was offered use of the gnd Floor kitchen bathroom with a working instant water heater. Family showered and went to bed past 12am... Found my bed's covers had a smell..... didnt change ?? disappointed. Next morning was offered to move to room TM4, another 3bed room at the 1st floor, Shower had tolerable water pressure as it was at a lower floor, and heater. Decided just to change rooms as it was a hassle to move house just for 1 more night. Room TM4's ceiling fan was not working, Had a stand fan instead. Air-conditioning was not blowing a lot of air even though set fan to maximum. Opened the filter covers and found the filters have not been cleaned, and the cooling coil clogged with thick layer of dust. Cleaned and took an old toothbrush to 'service' clear the cooling coil myself. Then only was there better air flow from the aircon unit. - House looked new and modern, but inside is run down. - Walls had water seepage stains, - stair's laminated wood but was falling apart, kept together with tape... - shower's glass not clean and had soap scum stains - big black ants run around in bathroom. - Sheets in the 1st night smelled. - 6-8 inch grass needs a cut. Issues have been reported but not repaired. Overall shows how little effort was made to keep the place in order...

Clean and cheap so far the check in process simple and much more convenient

The soundproof is not so good but bearable
