Please note that all guests will receive an additional booking form directly from the property. Check-in time is from 14h00 to 15h00 on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. The offices are closed on Christmas day and New Years day. Please also note that charges apply for check-ins outside the applicable reception opening hours and check in times. Please note that De Waterkant Cottages makes use of a 3D secure payment system. The property will send you an email with a payment link.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a pedestrian-only zone. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
