Please note that guest will be required to sign a rental agreement with the host after booking this vacation rental. Pet Friendly, 1 dog under 40lbs, or 2 under 25lbs. Stonebridge Resort will require guests to check in at the Welcome Center and pay a fee per vehicle/per day for your stay. Failure to check in and pay the fee at the Welcome Center will result in denied entry to the resort.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Adequate but not impressive."

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, current decor, good location

Not enough towels and washcloths for 3 day stay. No bath soap provided. Very cheap quality furniture considering cost and cleaning fee. Front bedroom runs hot, back bedroom cold.

AMAZING! The unit was so clean and cute. Even the pull out sofa was comfy to sleep on. Very close to all the Brandon attractions. Great for kids. Even had a WII in the room and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
