"Fabulous and quieter than very nearby Great Yarmouth"

Beautiful room and bathroom. Very peaceful and extremely clean. The bus to and from Great Yarmouth (and other places) is on the next street and cheap and reliable.Amazing beach with a couple of shops and a very nice restaurant/ bar all 2 mins walk. Parking our car was no problem. Dotty and dogs are delightful hosts and we were even lucky enough to receive home made cakes. Definitely recommend.

Dot was a lovely host. The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach which was great for me as I have a Hip problem.

The room was spacious, airy, clean and the bed was comfortable. Good having a fridge in the room as no food is provided apart from bottles of water, milk and Dotties lovely cupcakes 😋 The bathroom was also very spacious and clean with a lovely walk in shower. Having a front door key is also good as you can come and go as you please. Ideally placed as it's a few steps away from the sea front and parking immediately outside was handy.

It is a great location close to the beach but also to shops

Had some issues with the wifi and since UK is not equipped for the heat we had to leave windows open which intruded a bit of the privacy/quiet of the room but not too bad
