"Worst experience, they tried to scam me."

The hotel declined to provide me room stating the hotel is full despite a very prior booking and complete advance payment, and trying to force me to shift in an associated cheap hotel. No any services and rude staff and manager..

Everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always went beyond and above to keep us happy.

The only problem is the sound from the lift- extremely disturbing especially during nighttime.

"For the purpose of our stay and price paid it was good value for our money"

Location close to the airport. Found it very clean and the food too was good.

Breakfast offerings left little choice as only idli sambar and puri sabji were laid out.

The night manager was magnificent and most helpful and went out of his way to help when his shift finished Breakfast was grand I had an omlette late check in as plane late shuttle waited 2 hrs
